Welcome to Maritz's Real Time Services reference page. The links below will familiarize you with the implementation process. Should you decide to proceed with implementation, please follow the instructions under 'Getting Started' on the right side of this page.
Maritz is instituting a pull limitation on our export services, Real Time Services (RTS). With our cloud-based infrastructure, instituting pull limitations will optimize performance across our servers and reduce load interruptions in web registration and onsite applications. This change will be for all RTS users which includes Maritz registration and housing customers as well as third-party vendors. Please review the Pull Limitations Guide and use the Contact Us form if you need further assistance.
RTS provides a secure channel for the consumer to access real time data for their show. The web service is housed on a secured site and is accessed via the "https" protocol. Users are required to use TLS 1.2 when accessing the web service.
RTS utilizes a dual security model of Authentication and Authorization. A user must provide valid login credentials before being allowed access. Once this occurs, they must also have explicit permission to the service for individual shows, preventing access to data belonging to other clients.
RTS supports Data Protection regulations giving users in specific countries the option to opt out of sharing their personally identifiable information (PII). In these cases, RTS will still return a record for these individuals however all of their PII will be removed.
